Using the QR code for automatic ordering is incredibly convenient. I opted for the scallion lamb rice and three-cup chicken rice, both of which were delightful in taste. The pricing is fair and reasonable. However, I believe the three-cup chicken could be improved by making it a bit more tender.
Good food for the price. Always get the popcorn chicken, and the fish with white sauce and cheese overtop is so worth it. Big portions as well. Shaved ice was huge and being able to customize the flavour and toppings was great!
Enjoyed a delicious Mango Green Tea with Mango Stars & Lemon Bubbly Spark with Tapioca Pearls ToGo.
My daughter came in to order her usual drink and an employee name Anna knew her order right away. We both were very surprised and impressed that she remembered her order with the details. Anna is very friendly and pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the great service
Was not sure what to expect, but on a cold rainy night it was exactly what the good doctor ordered! Taiwan beef noodle soup with long chewy noodles, deep fried squid with a ton of garlic, stir-fried chicken with a perfectly fried egg, and a plate of perfectly crispy shanghai bok choy, finished with milk tea , it was perfect! The service was prompt and friendly, with a smile. Completely opposite of the place I went in the morning (Bastion Cafe inside Christine Sinclair Centre, in case anyone was wondering).
The food here isn’t top quality but it is quite good for the price. I recommend the fish cutlet set and the spicy beef noodle soup. Their fish cutlet is always juicy and crispy, and the tartar sauce is delicious. The beef noodle soup is tasty too. For two filling dishes, the total only comes out to 30z For bubble tea, I like the okinawa pudding, although it’s on the sweeter side. The service and cleanliness is not the best and gets extremely busy on weekend nights. They only accept cash or debit.
Good Taiwanese food here with ordering available through either the app or in person. Dishes are generally good but a little bit too sweet. We tried the rice dish and their boiled curry. Good pick if you are trying to grab food and boba in the same restaurant.
Been enjoying their Dairy Free (Almond Milk) Bubble Tea specifically The Oreo Milk Tea! When I'm lazy and don't want to try something new Bubble World is my best bet. Mixing shrimp & Egg fried rice with Salt and Peppery Chicken Nuggets equals a happy belly. Their Bubble tea has been #1 compared to anywhere else, I even prefer it over CoCo Solid Bets: Shrimp & Egg fried rice Salt & Peppery Chicken Nuggets Deep fried Squid Feet Salty Peppery Squid roll 5 Spiced Beef in Chinese Pancake Stirfried Noodles w/Beef & Green Onions
